Central to our plant’s efficiency is the 0.75m3 output Rapid RP750 planetary mixer, strategically positioned on a dedicated mixer platform within the production facility. We aim to leverage this advanced technology to achieve an ambitious target of manufacturing 1500 precast fencing products daily alongside interlocking blocks.

Boasting three 12.5 tonne aggregate hoppers and an integrated belt conveyor, the plant ensures seamless material handling. The conveyor efficiently discharges into a mixer, facilitating a continuous production process – so you’ll never struggle for stock with us.

We recently unveiled our new cutting-edge Rapid concrete batching plant, designed to revolutionise the production of precast fencing products and interlocking blocks. With a remarkable capacity to generate up to 22m3 of concrete per hour, our state-of-the-art facility is set to redefine industry standards.
